From the time Meridia Huron School of Nursing awarded our Lead Consultant & Owner, Tamara J Battaia RN, her Diploma for Registered Nursing in 2001, she has strived towards bettering her practice.

Named after Florence Nightingale, serves as a moral and ethical guide for nurses, emphasizing a commitment to patient care, integrity, and professionalism.
Tamara began her career excelling shortly after by Teaching and Orientation of Nursing Staff. Admissions, Recertifications & Discharge of Patients. IV/Chemo Therapy; Ostomy Care and Instruction. Central Catheter Management. Medication Teaching. Wound Care. Oasis Compliance. Case Management of Patients and all disciplines involved.
Within a short while, she was the 3rd shift Supervising RN for all involved practices on the Telemetry floor.
Tamara marched on to become an elite Home Health RN from Ohio to Florida. She brought her knowledge and experience into a field area where the patient's home was vital towards recovery.
Rising from her leadership in many areas that have grown from her thirst for more understandings of all aspects of Home Health Care, she obtained rolls as Clinical Supervisor, to Director of Nursing, Administrator, as well as Executive Director of the Agencies she had been employed.
Tamara, after successfully completing the ACHA, CHAPS, Joint Commission Survey, (JCAHO) process for multiple agencies, managing these agencies, and always raising the bar, has brought her leadership and teaching skills back full circle.
In bringing attention to the focus of the Nightingale Pledge & Nursing Code of Ethics, Tamara is now bringing the Consultation necessary for the next generation of Skilled Home Health agencies to bring the same high level of care and outcomes for the practice.
